Refunds/Exchanges/Shipping TOP

 As with most stores, we do not accept returns on personalized items.  Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned.  If there is a gross error on our part we will work with you to resolve the error.  

If you live in an apt please check your office for your package. Many times the large decals are sent there b/c the box is too large for the small mailboxes.

If you have not received your order within 3 weeks of it's ship date please let me know. I can't reship over 30 days of it's original ship date.

Special Request TOP

I do special request. If there is something you want and do not see it here in my store please let me know. I am more than happy to create something special for you if I can.

Turn Around Time TOP

All Personalized orders normally take 5-14 business days to process. Sometimes longer during the holiday season. That does not include shipping time. If you need your item sooner please let me know. I will try to accommodate your time frame.

Normal business hours are Monday-Friday although I do work some weekends just not all of them:)

Proofs TOP

If you would like a proof for your decal please let me know. I will send you one after the item has been purchased. I have over two thousand fonts so if you do not see one shown you like please let me know. I send two free of charge. After the two I do have a small fee of $2 per proof.

Once it is cut and shipped I can't accept returns because of the font option.

Monogram TOP

Please leave me your monogram in the order of first name initial, last name initial and middle name initial. If you have questions please ask!
