As with most stores, we do not accept returns on personalized items. Your order will be custom made to your specifications and typically cannot be resold to someone else if returned. If there is a gross error on our part we will work with you to resolve the error.

Turn Around Time TOP
All Personalized orders normally take 5-14 business days to process. Sometimes longer during the holiday season. That does not include shipping time. If you need your item sooner please let me know. I will try to accommodate your time frame.
